"PixEditLab" is a web application provided by KYASTAL Inc. ("we" or "the Company") that automatically detects and masks faces in images and videos directly in your browser. All processing is performed entirely within your browser.

Article 2 — Terms of Use

This service is free and available to anyone without account registration. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

Article 3 — Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morality
• Acts related to criminal conduct
• Acts that infringe the rights of third parties (right of publicity, privacy, etc.)
• Acts that obstruct the operation of this service
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 4 — Disclaimer

• The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of face masking. Missed detections or incomplete masking may occur.
• Users are solely responsible for the use of processed results.
• The Company assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of this service.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to this service belong to the Company or their rightful owners.

Article 6 — Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these terms as necessary. Updated terms become effective upon posting on this service.

Article 7 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
